Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how The GameOnn Studio (“GameOnn Studio”, “we”, “us”), based in Delhi, India, handles information when you play our mobile games or visit this website. It applies to all of our apps on Google Play, including:

• Catdoku
• Tap Tap
• Guess The Movie Quiz
• Blackjack 21

By downloading or using our games you agree to the practices described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our games.

We keep data collection to what we need to run and improve our games.

Information you choose to give us

• Your email address and message if you contact us for support or business enquiries.
• Profile details (such as a display name) if you sign in with Google to back up progress or appear on leaderboards.

Information collected automatically

• Device information: device model, operating system version, language, screen size and app version.
• Identifiers: such as your device’s advertising ID and app-instance identifiers.
• Approximate location derived from your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location).
• Usage and gameplay data: levels played, scores, progress, session length and in-game events.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data that help us fix bugs.

Purchases

Where a game offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase but never see your payment card details.

• To provide, operate and maintain our games, including multiplayer matches, leaderboards and cloud-saved progress.
• To understand how games are played so we can balance gameplay, fix bugs and build new features.
• To show ads that keep our games free to play.
• To prevent fraud, cheating and abuse, and to keep our games secure.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some of our games show advertising, and we rely on trusted third-party services to run our games. These providers may collect or receive information such as your advertising ID, IP address and device details, under their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services & Google Sign-In: sign-in, cloud save, leaderboards and purchases.
• Google AdMob: serving and measuring ads.
• Firebase: analytics, crash reporting and backend services.

Your ad choices. On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation in Settings → Google → Ads. Ads will still appear, but they will be less relevant to you.

In games with multiplayer or leaderboards, such as Hand Cricket, Tap Tap and Guess The Movie Quiz, your display name, score and ranking may be visible to other players. Please don’t include personal information in your display name.

Our games are made for a general audience and are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age set by your local law). If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Younger players should play with a parent or guardian’s supervision.

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information on servers outside India. Where that happens we rely on providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for your information.

You are in control of your information. You can:

• Opt out of personalised ads and reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
• Disable analytics sharing where your device or the game offers the setting.
• Uninstall a game at any time to stop all further collection from that device.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you.

To request data deletion, email gameonnstudio@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us which game you play and the Google account or player name used, and we will respond within 7 business days.

Depending on where you live (for example under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the GDPR or similar laws) you may have additional rights such as access, correction, erasure, objection and withdrawal of consent. Contact us to exercise them.

We may update this policy as our games evolve. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Please revisit this page from time to time; continued use of our games after an update means you accept the revised policy.
